DESCRIPTION:Members of the District 71 Council are invited to join our annu
 al business meeting.  The District Council includes Club Presidents\, Clu
 b Vice-Presidents of Education and members of the District Executive Commi
 ttee.\n\nPlease register to attend to allow your credentials to be checked
  and ballots allocated.  The deadline for registration is Friday 20th May
  at 12 noon Ireland/UK time.\n\nNote that you must register separately for
  the District Council meeting\, even if you are attending the District Con
