DESCRIPTION:This meeting of the District Executive Committee is to consider
  business to be set before the District Council.\n\nThe District Executive
  Committee (DEC) consists of the District Director\, Program Quality Direc
 tor\, Club Growth Director\, PR Manager\, Administration Manager\, Finance
  Manager\, Immediate Past District Director\, Division Directors and Area 
 Directors.\n\nMembers of the DEC must register in advance in order to atte
 nd and be permitted to vote. The registration deadline is 12 noon on Satur
