DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe purpose of the DEC meeting is to hold the District Offi
 cers accountable for the achievement of the District Mission by reviewing 
 progress of the Success Plans. We will be 6 days into the final 'Beat the 
 Clock' push. It is also our last formal meeting of the program year.\n\nRe
 gistration deadline for Quorum 5pm Thursday 5th of May. District Executive
  Committee members registering for this meeting are committing themselves
