 10 Advisor\n\nLilian is a motivated professional who has achieved success 
 through strategic leadership. She is a collaborative team member who thriv
 es on supporting her teams to realise their full potential\, at both a col
 lective and an individual level.\nLilian first joined Toastmasters in 2000
  out of a desire for self-development and she has remained an enthusiastic
  member for so many years because of her sincere belief in the organizatio
 n and the core values it stands for. All this time she has never missed an
  opportunity to promote the advantages of being part of this special organ
 ization and to find ways to best support her fellow members. This is why s
 he has served in a large number of club and district roles in the past\, i
 ncluding the position of District Director in the programme year 2021-2022
 . She is currently serving as the Region 10 Advisor\, using her experience
  to guide the leaders of our eight districts as they navigate their way th
 rough the program year. Her objective is to encourage them to develop inno
 vative strategies that will ensure that their districts achieve high membe
 r retention and club growth while maintaining high quality clubs.\nLilian 
 has been working in the field of Credit Risk Management for over 20 years\
 , having obtained degrees in Mechanical Engineering\, Industrial Engineeri
 ng and Quantitative Finance in the U.S.\nPaul O’Mahony\nCo-Presenter of 
 Irish Talkers\n\nPaul O’Mahony\, (OMANI)\, joined toastmasters in 2015. 
 After 30 years in UK\, he now lives in Cork. This year he is Vice Presiden
 t Education of Blarney Toastmasters Club and President of One Country One 
 World advanced online club.\nPaul co-presents the Irish Talkers weekly pod
 cast. He’s also a poet\, dog-walker\, gin-taster and golfer.\nKevin O’
 Reilly\nDivision F Director and District Lead Management Chair\n\nKevin O
 ’Reilly is a visionary entrepreneur\, coach\, and leader dedicated to in
 spiring individuals and businesses to grow beyond their limits.\nAs the fo
 under of Thrive Now Group\, he has built a dynamic community focused on th
 e study of successful behaviours to inspire action. Through world-class tr
 aining\, coaching\, and networking opportunities\, Kevin empowers ambitiou

 n with Toastmasters for about 7 years —- first with Tara Toastmasters an
 d now with Dublin South Toastmasters where he is the VP Education.\nNeil w
 orks as a restaurant manager and is passionate about everything Toastmaste
 rs.\n2 Hosts\nPaul McCarthy\nDivision D Director\n\nPaul McCarthy has been
  a member of Waterford Toastmasters DLS Communicators club since 2015. Hav
 ing joined mainly in pursuit of personal development in both public speaki
 ng and leadership\, Paul has remained an enthusiastic member also due to t
 he great club spirit\, camaraderie and supportive environment that DLS clu
 b provides.Having served at club\, area and division level\, Paul is curre
 ntly Division D Director.Outside of Toastmasters\, on a professional level
 \, Paul works in Software Product Development\, working mainly with startu
 p companies in product development and innovation\, helping startups turn 
 ideas into products.On a personal level Paul has particular interest in wa
 lking\, hiking and swimming as well as a keen interest in most sports.\nTi
 m Leech\nDivision M Director\n\nTim Leech\, a Toastmaster since 2018\, is 
 a Dubliner now living in Wicklow\, and a member of Greystones and Wordsmit
 hs Online clubs.\nHe has served at club\, area and division levels\, and o
 n district committee. He is currently Division M Director.\nWhen not enjoy
 ing Toastmasters activities\, he might be found taking photographs\, garde
 ning\, or just catching up on domestic work!\n
