This began his “journey of self-discovery\, where he learnt that the m ore you give\, the more you get.”\n\nFollowing a rapid rise through the roles\, in August 2018 he was elected to the Toastmasters International Bo ard of Directors.\n\nHe is married to Celina who is also a past District 7 2 Director.  Between them\, they try to manage four teenage boys ranging in ages 15 to 22\, along with staff in their rapidly expanding horticultur e business.\n\nDavid’s view on leadership is that “It’s great to hav e ability\, but real leadership is the ability to foster and develop the p otential in others”.
