The Leadership Development Committee has the following responsibilities:
- Create and deliver leadership development programs, including sessions on planning, team building, accountability, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Assign experienced mentors to newly elected District officers
- Assist the District Leadership Committee by developing a leadership pipeline of future leaders
- Implement a feedback system for leaders to assess their progress and identify development areas
- Act as a center of excellence in change management
