Description

The Leadership Development Committee has the following responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver leadership development programs, including sessions on planning, team building, accountability, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Assign experienced mentors to newly elected District officers
  • Assist the District Leadership Committee by developing a leadership pipeline of future leaders
  • Implement a feedback system for leaders to assess their progress and identify development areas
  • Act as a center of excellence in change management
