The way to effective communication and leadership. Pathways is a proven education programme that comprises two tracks, Communication and Leadership. The programme allows members to choose one track or both and each features a series of projects that can be completed at one’s own pace.
- New members get a chance to learn speaking, communication and leadership skills.
- Existing members get a chance to focus on aspects of learning more tailored to their personal needs.
- Club officers get a way to achieve a higher Distinguished Club Program status for their clubs.

- 11 specialized learning paths to choose from
- Online content, so that you can learn anytime, anywhere
- Real-world, transferable skills
- Content available in Arabic, English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese, with select paths available in Korean and Tamil
