Incentive claim process for clubs

If your club has qualified for one of the District's incentives, congratulations!

The process of claiming your incentive is simple.

Incur an eligible cost
This could be items from the Toastmasters International Shop, the approved brand store at Muskerado or a cost associated with running your club such as meeting room hire, a Zoom license or Meetup subscription
Send the receipt to the District Finance Manager
The club treasurer or president should email the District Finance Manager with a copy of the receipt and your club's bank account details. The receipts must have an equal or greater value the value being claimed
Receive reimbursement
The District Finance manager will arrange for reimbursement of the cost into your club's bank account
