Summary
The Alignment Committee considers a plan for the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions in the most effective way possible and in accordance with the Toastmasters International requirements.Description
The Alignment Committee recommends a plan that services the clubs in the most effective way possible and meets the Toastmasters International requirements (outlined in Policy and Protocol 7.0 District Structure, 1. Club Assignments in the Governing Documents).
The committee seeks input from all Divisions and will present its proposals to the District Council at our annual conference in May.
By participating in this committee, members can:
- Grow their personal and professional networks
- Develop their research and analytical skills
- Practice their skills in negotiation and consensus-building
