The winning criteria are designed to make it possible for every club in the District to achieve the award by demonstrating commitment to excellence

Every club is assessed based on the following award criteria (in order):

Must have sponsored the creation of a new club (in formation or fully-chartered)
Number of educational achievements recorded in the Distinguished Club Program, divided by the club’s membership base
Number of club officers that completed training, across rounds 1 and 2
Net membership growth
