Building Confidence, Communication Style and Community Across Borders
We are excited to announce the official chartering of Toastmasters ResultMind Online by ResultMind Academy CLG Dublin, Ireland D71, M26 and the launch of a new international community dedicated to communication, leadership, and personal growth.
Nine months ago, this was just an idea. Today, it is a reality.
What began with one simple conversation has become a Toastmasters club bringing together members from seven countries, who share one vision: creating a supportive, professional and welcoming environment where especially neurodivergent individuals can develop the confidence to speak, lead and grow.
The inspiration came in October 2025, when Karolina Kurasiewicz shared a simple but powerful vision: “I need my community. Let’s create an online space where people can speak freely, develop their communication styles and grow in a kind, supportive environment built on clear values and respect.”
That conversation became the beginning of an extraordinary journey.
In December 2025, Dr Aleksandra Marcinkowska, Founder of ResultMind Academy CLG, made the decision to charter Toastmasters ResultMind Online—a club designed to reflect the culture, professionalism, diversity and inclusivity that we wanted to offer our members, partners and friends around the world.
Over the following nine months we invested hundreds of hours into planning, learning, training, administration and building the right team. Finding the right Charter Members became our greatest priority. We planned every role based on our communication styles, temperament, needs and communication skills.
More than 150 people applied to charter our club. After a careful selection process, we welcomed our Charter Members who shared our values, commitment to personal growth and passion for communication and understanding of neurodiversity, as majority of our members is neurodivergent.
Today our community includes 25 members representing seven countries, united by a common purpose: to help people find their voice, own communication styles, to understand that we can be an analytical introvert or initiating extrovert, who can become confident communicators and develop authentic leadership.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Kevin O’Reilly, District 71, for his outstanding guidance, encouragement and continuous support throughout every stage of the chartering process. His commitment played an important role in helping us reach this milestone.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to every Charter Member. This club exists because of our commitment, trust and enthusiasm. Together we are building an international community, where people support one another, exchange knowledge, develop lifelong leadership skills and grow with confidence.

Our next major milestone will be the World Mental Health Day 2026 conference on 10 of October, when Toastmasters ResultMind will host a special public event in Dublin City Centre (TBC), celebrating the relationship between communication, confidence and mental wellbeing with our special guest, Dr Christina Tracy, daughter of Brian Tracy, who now manages Brian Tracy Public Speaking Academy.
The event will explore how communication influences self-esteem, relationships, leadership and professional success while providing practical tools for developing confidence in everyday life.
Topics will include:
– Communication and mental wellbeing
– The four communication styles
– Temperament and authentic communication
– Public speaking and confidence
– Understanding the nervous system during stress and performance
– Introverts in action
– Self-image and its influence on communication
– Building healthier relationships through better communication
– Practical techniques for reducing fear of public speaking and strengthening confidence
The event is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, students, leaders and anyone interested in developing communication skills in a multicultural environment.
