Phoenix-Tara Toastmasters Club was chartered in June 2006. This year we are celebrating our 20th birthday, and we’re so happy to see our Club is thriving. We have achieved the Smedley Award this year!
Many of our members have used their Toastmaster skills to enter Storytelling contests and a TedX talk! Founder member, Tony McIntyre, uses his skills as an advocate for a support service for families affected by dementia.
Phoenix-Tara is renowned for the warm welcome visitors receive.
