If you are working towards your DTM, becoming a Club Coach is one of the most rewarding ways to join an elite group of Toastmasters.
District 71 is looking for energetic members to share their knowledge and experience with clubs who need a little extra support.
As a coach, you will work side-by-side with club leaders to analyse their current situation, build action plans, and improve club quality, increase membership, and bring energy to the club.

– DTM Credit: Complete one of the requirements on your path to Distinguished Toastmaster.
– District Leadership Credit: Earn credit toward a District Leader role if you guide your coached club to 20 or more paid members.

Qualifications & Requirements
To serve as a Club Coach, you must meet the following criteria:
– Membership: Be a paid member in good standing for at least one (1) year.
– Officer Experience: Have served as a club officer for one annual term or two semi-annual terms.
– Education: Completed at least Level 2 in Pathways (or ACB/ALB).
– Independence: You cannot be a current member of the club being coached (nor a member in the 6 months prior) and cannot join/hold office there during your appointment.
