Toastmasters UK North & Ireland

Set Your Club Up for Success

1. Submit your Club Success Plan

The Club Success Plan is your club’s roadmap for the year. It should reflect what your members want to achieve and how your committee will help them get there.

✅ Action: Submit your plan now. Remember that “done is better than perfect” and that you can update our plan even once it is submitted. If your plan is not submitted online by 30th September, your club cannot qualify for our Distinguished club recognition and it will limit the incentive and support programs available.

You can watch this video to learn how to submit your plan (created by our friends in District 91).

2. Help your members renew

This is the time to help all of your members re-commit to their growth and their support of the club.

Congratulations to Castleknock, Phoenix-Tara, Kilrush & District and The West’s Awake Advanced Toastmasters Clubs. 100% of their base members have already renewed their membership.

✅ Action: Help your members to complete the renewal process promptly. Clubs where at least 8 members renew by 30th September qualify for the “on-time renewal” goal in the Distinguished Club Program

3. Attend the District Council meeting

The District Council makes important decisions that affect our District. Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education are members of the District Council and are invited to register, attend and vote in the meeting. Register here.

As always, contact your your Area Director with any questions.
