Three prize draws will be held between 15th September and 4th October, giving all of our clubs multiple changes to win.
Your club qualifies for the prize draw if at least 50% of the people who were active members of your club on 1st July have renewed their membership (October renewals) on the day of the draw.
Want more chances to win? Simply encourage more of your members to renew.
50% renewed = 1 entry
60% renewed = 2 entries
70% renewed = 3 entries
80% renewed = 4 entries
90% renewed = 5 entries
100% renewed = 6 entries

How to claim
Three prize draws will be held, which means that there will be three lucky winners.
The prize will be a personalised Toastmasters International name badge for each of the renewing members the club.
Note: This award specifically recognises member retention, so only people who were members as of 1st July and choose to renew qualify for this award.
