My Toastmasters journey started in earnest five years ago, having first encountered it two years prior. Since then, I’ve held various officer roles in both community and corporate clubs. One of my great passions is Jungian personality typology. This connects to my Toastmasters experience, since just as with Toastmasters it reinforces for me the principle that effective communication and collaboration isn’t about a single rigid method, but about recognising different styles and perspectives and developing your own authentic voice.
