| Clésia Mendes, ALB, is a Certified Clarity Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator with a background in Financial Services and a passion for personal and leadership development. As a Past Vice President of Education for PMI UK Changemakers and an Advanced Leader Bronze awardee, she brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to leadership.
Clésia is a multi-award-winning speaker and author with Bookboon. She has hosted her own radio show and is regularly invited as a guest on radio and podcasts, where she shares insights on leadership, adaptability, and personal growth. In February 2025, she was invited to speak at the Project Management Institute UK North West Branch Event at the University of Liverpool. Her talk, “True to Self: The Power of Authentic Adaptability,” explored how authenticity and adaptability can drive effective leadership in today’s dynamic workplace. In Toastmasters, Clésia is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and commitment to helping others grow in confidence and purpose. As Area Director, she supports clubs in building strong leadership, meaningful connections, and a positive member experience. She believes Toastmasters is more than a speaking platform—it’s a catalyst for discovering your voice, refining your leadership, and being true to yourself in every role you play. |
