Mario Carrara

Mario is an operations and business professional with extensive international
experience in operational management, financial budgeting, and process
improvement. He holds an AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting and is
currently completing his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (IASSC), combining financial
knowledge with a practical, data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous
improvement.

Throughout his career, he has focused on improving efficiency, controlling costs, and
developing reliable systems that support business performance and professional
standards. As a consultant, Mario supports small businesses with accounting,
business administration, and the implementation of effective internal control
processes.

He is passionate about continuous learning, leadership development, and effective
communication.

What excites you about your Toastmasters journey?
Mario sees Toastmasters as a supportive environment where members continuously
develop communication, leadership, and personal growth skills while learning from
one another. He values the strong mentoring culture within Toastmasters, where
every member has the opportunity to both support and be supported throughout their
journey.
