The club growth team is responsible for the District’s overall marketing plan and supports the creation of new clubs.
Being involved in club growth is a personally rewarding experience. It provides a great way of developing new skills and meeting new people, by undertaking challenging roles and assignments that help the Toastmasters organisation to grow.

Within club growth, we have teams that focus on specific activities:
- HearthKeepers – serve the members of their own club by participating in fun challenges that encourage new members and lead to member retention
- Firestarters – help new clubs get started by being a club sponsor
- Guiding Lights – support new clubs in achieving excellence by being a new club mentor
- Rekindlers – help low-membership clubs to thrive by serving as a club coach
- Bright Sparks – help organisations discover the benefits of Toastmasters
