The winners
We held three prize draws, and the winners were Inverness Toastmasters, Fil On Toast and Limerick Toastmasters. Congratulations to all three. Please take lots of pics when your name badges arrive, and share them with us!
Stay tuned for our next retention prize draw in March.
If your retention wasn’t where you wanted it to be
Try moments of truth and honest conversations with your members, past and present. Ask them why they left. From the members I’ve spoken with, it’s sometimes that they felt excluded.
Try the moments of truth exercise as a club. It’s a fantastic leadership exercise: https://www.toastmasters.org/resources/moments-of-truth
