- First Hour (19:00-20:00): Marketing Your Club Effectively

- Second Hour (20:00-21:00): Panel Discussion – Best Practices in Clubs
- Engage in a lively panel discussion featuring successful past presidents, area directors, and division directors.

- Third Hour (21:00-22:00): Club Committee Role Specific Training
- Breakout sessions tailored to specific officer roles: Presidents, VPs, Secretaries, Treasurers, and more.

Participation Requirements:
- Minimum Attendance: At least 4 club officers must attend the full 3-hour training session to earn DCP points for their club.
- Open to All: While geared towards executive committee members, this training is open to everyone interested in enhancing their leadership and management skills.
