The Constructive Conversations Team supports a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative Club and District environment. The team provides confidential, impartial assistance to members experiencing conflict and promotes constructive communication, early resolution, and positive relationships throughout the District.Description
The District Constructive Conversations Team exists to:
- Promote respectful communication and inclusion
- Support early resolution of disagreements
- Provide impartial assistance when conflicts arise
- Protect the District’s learning environment
- Escalate serious matters through appropriate Toastmasters channels when necessary
Note: The team does not investigate complaints or impose outcomes. Where a matter falls within a formal Toastmasters process, the team will help the member identify the appropriate route.
