Club VP Education

Duties of a Toastmasters Club Vice President Education

The Vice President Education (VPE) is the club’s chief learning officer. They are responsible for planning, organising, and supporting the educational programme that enables members to achieve their personal and professional development goals. The VPE ensures that meetings are well-structured, that members are progressing in Pathways, and that the club delivers high-quality learning experiences.

The VPE schedules speeches, assigns meeting roles, monitors educational progress in Base Camp and Club Central, and approves completed levels. They are also responsible for coordinating with mentors, supporting new members, and submitting education awards to Toastmasters International. Through collaboration, encouragement, and organisation, the VPE plays a vital role in helping members grow and in leading the club towards Distinguished status.
