Session Title: Collaborative Leadership – Toastmasters and Rotary
Session Description: In May 2019, the leaders of Toastmasters International and Rotary International formed a unique strategic alliance to leverage the strengths of their commonality and to expand the reach of both organizations through their complementary differences. The opportunity for Toastmasters members and leaders from this alliance is to establish fellowship, make new connections, and contribute more to their communities. Rotary members and leaders have the opportunity to enhance their communication and leadership skills by taking the educational courses developed for them by Toastmasters International. Through our collaboration, we can support Rotary and learn from them and they can do the same with Toastmasters. During this presentation, Lark will share how collaborative leadership has brought together two Golden organizations and how we can all benefit from this alliance.
