Club Officer Training
Training period ended
The training period for club officers to receive credit in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) was from 1st November to 28th February. That period has now ended.
Club officers can still take advantage what the Elevate club officer training program has to offer, but DCP training credit will not be awarded for any training completed after the required training period.
Our District now offered an innovative approach to club officer training. One that is designed to be relevant, engaging and practical.
Building on the success of our Foundations training in July & August, we are now offering the next phase of our training: Elevate
The Elevate program has four parts:
- Building on Achievement: in this interactive online training you will be able to reflect on your progress so far
- Memorable Member Moments: You will consider the club features that create excellent member experiences
- Skill Builders: Choose from a range of short online training modules that develop your skills and knowledge in areas that are relevant to you
- Club Officer Connect: these live, one hour sessions are your opportunity to network and solve challenges together
Watch the invitation and overview from Steve Campion, Program Quality Director:
When you access your plan for the first time, you will need to complete “Building on Achievement”. This will make sure that your plan is personalised to you.
Club Progress Tracker
When a club officer completed all four steps in the Elevate program before 28 February 2026, their club will receive credit for goal 9a in the Distinguished Club Program.
If you have more than one officer role, you will receive credit for each of your roles. Participation in a Club Officer Connect session for each of your roles is encouraged, but not required.
