The beginning of the Toastmasters year sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s why our "Leading the Way" celebrates those clubs that take early action to set themselves up for success. You will need all seven of your club officers to complete Club Officer Training by 31st August and also submit your Club Succcess Plan by 31st August.

Clubs that train all seven of their officers and submit a complete Club Success Plan by 31 August will receive a special reward: a full set of club officer pins. With the improved Club Officer Training program, it’s never been easier to get the recognition your club leaders deserve.

Already have club officer pins?

If your club officers are already wearing their officer pins with pride, no problem! We’ll provide something else to help recognise your club leadership instead.

Missing club officers?

That’s easy to resolve. Your club can elect new club officers at any time, just refer to the Club Leadership Handbook and remember to update their details on Club Central.

This is more than just a reward. It’s a symbol of strong leadership, clear vision, and commitment to club excellence. Well-trained officers are better equipped to serve their members, lead effective meetings, and create a supportive club environment. A thoughtful Club Success Plan keeps everyone aligned on goals, priorities, and shared responsibility.
