Pathways Champion
Summary
Pathways Champions serve a local Division by providing Pathways awareness and support. You’ll be the go-to person for club leaders and members in your Division, organising workshops, Q&A sessions and onboarding events. The goal is to help all members choose and navigate their Pathways journey with confidence.
Benefits
As a Pathways Champion you’ll deepen your leadership, facilitation and mentoring skills in a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with clubs, build strong inter-club relationships, and be recognised as a key District-support volunteer. You’ll also be part of a network of Champions across the Division and District, enhancing your coaching and support skills.
Serving in this role provides an ideal opportunity to complete a Pathways High Performance Leadership (HPL) project or Distinguished Toastmaster project.
