The Club Officer Training and Support equips club officers with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead their clubs effectively

Description

The Club Officer Training and Support team has the following responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for each club officer role, covering both first and second training rounds
  • Coordinate the delivery of core training requirements via interactive on-demand learning, webinars and in-person events
  • Implement training modules on Pathways, Moments of Truth, Club Success Planning and the Distinguished Club Program (DCP)
  • Coordinate specialised workshops focusing on planning, leadership, team building and conflict resolution
  • Manage post-training assessments to identify further development needs
  • Create training resources such as templates and checklists
  • Maintain role-specific content on the District website
  • Facilitate networking and peer learning groups for officers (particularly club presidents and VPEs) to share best practices and address challenges
