The Educational Programs team promotes the effective use of educational programs and resources to help members achieve their personal and professional goals. The aim is to help members understand benefit from the wide range of educational opportunities that Toastmasters offersDescription
The remit of the Educational Programs team is to:
- Develop plans to promote and support Pathways enrolment and level completion
- Manage the new member onboarding and orientation process
- Provide guidance and mentoring to aspiring Distinguished Toastmasters
- Coordinate workshops on advanced Pathways projects and additional programs (Pathways Mentor Program, Youth Leadership, Speechcraft, Interpersonal Communication, Accredited Speaker)
- Create a resource library with templates, checklists and guides
- Facilitate educational webinars and training sessions on topics such as advanced evaluations, storytelling, and effective feedback
- Track club educational goals and provide targeted support as required
