The responsibilities of the technology team include:
- Recommend technologies and processes to be used by the District team
- Manage technical configurations, permissions and security
- Establish operational processes and standards for the use of each system: website, emailing system, forms/data input, web conferencing, email, BI/reporting
- Provide training to District team members on effective use of systems
- Develop and manage District dashboards & reports
