The beginning of the Toastmasters year sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s why our "Leading the Way" celebrates those clubs that take early action to set themselves up for success. You will need all seven of your club officers to complete Club Officer Training by 31st August and also submit your Club Succcess Plan by 31st August.

May Marketing Fund

May Marketing Fund

Award: €75 (£65)
End date: 14 June 2025
Community clubs with 12 or fewer members can claim reimbursement of up to €75 (£65) of costs for marketing expenses. These can include leaflets, flyers, business cards, banners and promotional items. It can also include the costs of online and offline advertising.

Speechcraft

Speechcraft

Award: Payment of Speechcraft fees for 1 Speechcraft bundle
End date: 31 May 2025
The first 20 clubs running a Speechcraft will have fees paid. This incentive is designed to help clubs provide Speechcraft to members of their community or for non-profit organisations. When Speechcraft is delivered to companies and employers then the sponsoring company will need to pay the fees.

The Network Builder Award

Award: €100 / £86
End date: 31 May 2025
Elevate your club’s reputation as a leader in growth and community-building and empower your members to develop advanced leadership and mentorship skills through hands-on guidance of new clubs. New Toastmasters clubs can be supported by up to two sponsoring clubs. Sponsoring clubs help new clubs to form, by assisting with demonstration meetings, guiding new club leaders and members, and helping promote the new club.
