To help all clubs in the District to reach their goals and be recognised for their achievements, the District provides a number of incentives and awards.

Award: Set of club officer pins or personalised name badges
Clubs where all seven officers complete training by 14th February 2026 will receive a full set of club officer pins or a personalised name badge for each officer
Award: New club charter awards
Are you working to grow our community by creating a new Toastmasters club? Then this incentive is for you!
Award: €100 / £86 of materials for your club
Elevate your club’s reputation as a leader in growth and community-building and empower your members to develop advanced leadership and mentorship skills through hands-on guidance of new clubs.
New Toastmasters clubs can be supported by up to two sponsoring clubs. Sponsoring clubs help new clubs to form, by assisting with demonstration meetings, guiding new club leaders and members, and helping promote the new club.

The beginning of the Toastmasters year sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s why our "Leading the Way" celebrates those clubs that take early action to set themselves up for success.
You will need all seven of your club officers to complete Club Officer Training by 31st August and also submit your Club Succcess Plan by 31st August.
