To help all clubs in the District to reach their goals and be recognised for their achievements, the District provides a number of incentives and awards.

Distinguished Toastmaster
Award: DTM Medallion
Members of District 71 who achieve the Distinguished Toastmaster award during the program year will be presented with a DTM Medallion
Leadership Lift-Off
€220 (£190) Award: Prize draw for €220 (£190) of merchandise
Prize draw entry for clubs that have at least four officers trained by 31 January 2026
pass the baton
€300 (£260) Award: €300 (£260) - Entry into a monthly prize draw worth €300 (£260) cash to pay club expenses or materials from the TI website for your club
Elect your club officers and submit the new list in Club Central by 31st May to be in for a chance to win €300 (£260) cash to pay club expenses or materials from the TI website for your club.

€50 (£43) Award: €50 (£43) for club meeting costs or Toastmasters mechandise
Clubs with 12 or fewer members that have net growth of 3 or more members by 31st May will receive up to €50 (£43) for club meeting costs or Toastmasters mechandise
Submit A Club Lead
€300 (£260) Award: Empower The Workforce - Entry into a monthly prize draw to pay club expenses or materials from the TI website for your club
Submit a new club lead for an organisational or workplace club to be in for a chance to win €300 (£260) to pay club expenses or for Toastmasters materials. Every new club lead submission will earn you an entry into the monthly prize draw. The more valid leads you submit, the more chances you have to win!
The Network Builder Award
€100 (£86) Award: €100 / £86 to pay club expenses or materials from the TI website for your club
Elevate your club’s reputation as a leader in growth and community-building and empower your members to develop advanced leadership and mentorship skills through hands-on guidance of new clubs. New Toastmasters clubs can be supported by up to two sponsoring clubs. Sponsoring clubs help new clubs to form, by assisting with demonstration meetings, guiding new club leaders and members, and helping promote the new club.
Triple Crown
Award: Triple Crown pin
Individual members of District 71 that complete three or more educational awards during the program year will receive a Triple Crown pin

Leading the Way
Award: Set of club officer pins
End date: 31 August 2025
The beginning of the Toastmasters year sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s why our "Leading the Way" celebrates those clubs that take early action to set themselves up for success. You will need all seven of your club officers to complete Club Officer Training by 31st August and also submit your Club Succcess Plan by 31st August.
Magnificent Seven
Award: Set of club officer pins or personalised name badges
End date: 14 February 2026
Clubs where all seven officers complete training by 14th February 2026 will receive a full set of club officer pins or a personalised name badge for each officer
