easySpeak

easySpeak is an online system designed to help club officers and members in managing their club. It is independently developed and supported by a team of volunteers, and it is not provided by Toastmasters International. Many clubs find this system useful in managing their club meeting agendas, members and awards.

Two helpful webinars have been created to help club committee members (particularly the VP Education) to use easySpeak effectively:

1. easySpeak Essentials 1 – covers logging in, requesting speaking slots and managing agendas and roles
2. easySpeak Essentials 2 – includes less-obvious functions such as managing visitor information and member records, editing agenda templates and resolving common issues
