The Alignment Committee considers a plan for the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions in the most effective way possible and in accordance with the Toastmasters International requirements.

The Distinguished Toastmasters group is for those who have achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster award, the highest level of achievement in the Toastmasters education program.

The District Leadership Committee (DLC) evaluates all candidates for District elected roles and nominates the best candidate(s).
The District Leadership Team (DLT) is responsible for day-to-day management of the District's activities, under powers delegated by the District Executive Committee and District Council.
The Events Team supports the District in running events by developing standardised processes and offering online support.
The Firestarters team builds new clubs. Members explore opportunities for new clubs and work with organisations and communities build vibrant, sustainable clubs.
The Guiding Lights team supports new clubs in achieving excellence and building a strong future
HearthKeepers serve the members of their own club by participating in fun challenges that encourage new members and lead to member retention
The Parliamentary team supports District leaders in running effective meetings of the District Executive Committee and District Council. The team also provides expertise and training in the use of parliamentary procedure.
The Rekindlers team supports low-membership clubs in overcoming challenges and becoming vibrant, sustainable clubs.
The District Zoom Team provides support to the District for webinars and online meetings.
