The Zoom Team is a dedicated group of skilled volunteers who manage the technical delivery of all District training events, webinars and online meetings. Working behind the scenes, they ensure every District session runs smoothly, professionally and in line with Toastmasters’ brand expectations.
Together, the team coordinates scheduling, hosting, breakout rooms, recordings, security settings and real-time troubleshooting. They support presenters, facilitators and District leaders by handling all technical aspects, allowing content experts to focus on delivering high-quality education and engagement for members across the UK and Ireland.
The Zoom Team plays a vital role in maintaining the District’s reputation for polished, reliable and welcoming online events. Through shared best practice, continuous improvement and mutual support, team members contribute directly to a positive member experience and the overall success of the District’s learning and leadership programmes.
