Our Vice President Membership, Theresa Rhodes, personally follows up with every guest within 48 hours of attending a meeting. This simple but consistent action helps guests feel valued and has improved member conversion and retention.
Our club’s growth is also supported by excellent communication. Fiky Wilkinson ensures members are well-informed and connected, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Strong communication has been key to our continued success.
